Freedom Energy Solutions is working on preliminary plans for a renewable energy project located at the new Windy Ridge Park, in Mount Airy, Maryland. The project will consist of a solar/wind
farm to provide renewable energy for Mount Airy and the surrounding community. Also at Windy Ridge Park, Freedom Energy Solutions is working in conjunction with HorseNet Horse Rescue,
Grey-Goes-Green, Citizens for a Green Mount Airy, and the Mount Airy Town Hall, to also establish a Horse Rescue facility, Nature Center, Environmental Awareness Center, and a Renewable
Energy Center, as educational facilities for schools, church organizations, Boy Scout & Girl Scout organizations, 4-H, and the general public. The idea of an Energy Cooperation Group with local
businesses and residents is also in the beginning planning stages. When completed, the entire project will help to educate everyone interested, the importance of the nature around us, the
value of the environment, recycling, energy and environment conservation, and how effective and valuable renewable energy is for helping to save our environment, sustainability, reliability,
